Choosing your Class and Package
Which class should I start with?
If you are totally new to Pilates, we recommend that you take 1 trial private class to understand the fundamentals, proper form and terms commonly used during group classes. If you prefer to join a group class immediately, we recommend that you attend the Total Body - Essential class. We also seek your understanding that in a group class setting, the instructor will not be able to pay full attention and correct your form throughout the class.
If you have been doing Pilates or other forms of exercises consistently for a period of time, you may wish to try the Mixed-level or Intermediate class.
Can I have a trial class before committing to a package?
Yes! You can get our starter pack of 3 trial group classes, or contact us to arrange a private session, or private duet/ group if you wish to bring someone along.
How do I book a class?
Group Class
From our website -> Menu -> 'Book Group Class'. Select the class and follow the simple prompts to secure your spot. If you do not have an existing package with us, the prompts will lead you to create an account and purchase a package, after which you can use to book your class. For existing clients, please log in to your account at the top right hand corner of our website (using the username and password you have created when buying your package) to book a class.

Coming for Class
Should I eat before class?
A light snack 1–2 hours before class is ideal. Avoid heavy meals right before your session.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for movement. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene. If you do not have a pair, you may purchase a pair from the studio.
What if I have an injury or condition?
Please inform your instructor before class. We can modify exercises to suit your needs. We may also recommend a private session for personalized attention if we assess that it is better and safer for you to do so.
