Build the muscles around your knees and throughout your legs, so everyday movement — walking, climbing stairs, staying active — feels easier and more supported.
Core Strength
Develop a strong core to maintain good posture and strengthen your lower back. Suitable for post-natal ladies who wish to strengthen their abdominal muscles.​
