Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I book a Pilates class?

Get ready to join us! You can easily book a class by visiting our website and clicking on the 'Group Class Schedule'. Just choose your favorite class and follow the simple prompts to secure your spot.

2. What should I wear to a Pilates class?

We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that lets you move freely. Don’t forget, grip socks are a must for safety and hygiene! If you don’t have a pair, no worries—you can grab one at our studio. And remember to bring your water bottle and towel to stay refreshed.

3. I have never done pilates before. Can I still join the group classes?

We recommend that you take at least 1 private trial session to understand the fundamentals and terms commonly used during group classes. This is to ensure proper form and alignment, and that you are not lost during your first group class! However, if you prefer to join a group class immediately, we seek your understanding that the instructor is not able to pay full attention to correct your form throughout the class, as attention needs to be given spread evenly across other students.

4. I have a recent injury/ pre-existing medical conditions. Can I take classes with you?

Our private classes are personalised to cater to individual needs. However, we seek your assistance to get clearance from your physiotherapist or doctor before enrolling, especially if your injury is recent. We also highly recommend that you attend a few private sessions for our instructors to assess your suitability before joining a Group class, as it will not be possible to cater to your specific conditions in a group setting. If you're unsure whether a class is appropriate for you, please check with us before making a reservation.

5. I am pregnant. Can I join your group classes?

Our group classes are not designed to cater to pregnancy, as there are various movements common in group classes that pregnant ladies should avoid, such as lying down completely on your back, spine flexion and full spine extension while lying on the stomach. Hence, we seek your understanding to take private classes with us, where we can customise the exercises to your needs.

6. Is there a minimum number of pax required to start a group class?

We seek your understanding that we require group classes to have a minimum of 2 sign-ups to proceed. In the event that there is less than 2 pax, we will cancel the class and inform clients 4 hours in advance.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

To keep things fair, we ask for a 12-hour notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the class. If you are unwell and unable to attend a class after the 12-hour notice, we require a medical certification for class refund. If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help you!

8. I have booked a reformer/ the pilate studio. How do I access the studio after booking?

We will send you an email confirmation and the access code within 12 hours of booking.
