Double the fun and pair up with a partner for our Duet Pilates sessions to enhance motivation and support, all while ensuring you both benefit from expertly tailored Pilates routines.

Cancellation Policy

1. Your safety is our utmost priority. Please adhere to our studio policy to ensure that the studio remains a safe and conducive environment for everyone. 2. Our group classes are not designed for pregnant clients. If you are pregnant, please join us for a private class instead. 3. Please make a booking via our website to attend classes. 4. Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at our studio. 5. Please return equipment to the rightful place and clean up the equipment after use. 6. Please switch your mobile phone to silent during classes. 7. We recommend that no jewellery be worn during classes. 8. We will not be responsible for any loss of valuables. 9. No food and drinks are allowed in the exercise rooms. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Failing to do so, will deem the class as utilised. We seek your understanding as we have to consider our wait-listers and the teacher we booked. 2. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
